  • Possession of a weapon on school property

  • An impending threat of violence(fighting, gang activity, theft, vandalism)

  • An incident of child abuse by a parent/guardian or school personnel

  • Harassment, Bullying, Intimidation or Sexual Misconduct

  • Use/Possession or Transmittal of Tobacco, Alcohol or Drugs
